Kottmyer Athletics LLC (“Kottmyer Athletics,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use our website, coaching services, and KA Momentum application.

Depending on how you use our services, we may collect information including your name, email address, account information, fitness goals, workout information, nutrition information, progress data, check-ins, body measurements, activity information, messages with your coach, and information you choose to provide through the KA Momentum platform.

Certain features may also allow users to provide photos or connect supported health or fitness data. We only use information made available through those features to provide and improve the services requested by the user.

How We Use Information

We may use information to provide personalized coaching and training services; track workouts, nutrition, habits, and progress; facilitate communication between clients and coaches; operate and improve KA Momentum; maintain user accounts; provide customer support; protect the security and integrity of our services; and comply with applicable legal requirements.

Health and Fitness Information

KA Momentum may process fitness, nutrition, activity, recovery, body-measurement, and other wellness-related information provided by users or made available through supported integrations. This information is used to provide app functionality, progress tracking, coaching, and related services.

Kottmyer Athletics does not sell users' health or fitness information.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate our website, application, communications, hosting, analytics, payment processing, or other business functions when reasonably necessary to provide our services.
